Nivasan Vakulam

Nivasan Vakulam is a residential apartment project developed for Nivasan Homes, located near Tidel Park. The building consists of semi-basement parking, a ground floor, and three residential floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 55,002 sq.ft. The project is planned to accommodate urban residential needs through clear layouts, efficient circulation, and well-defined building massing.

The design is driven by clarity in planning and restraint in expression. The building form is composed using simple volumes and layered façades to reduce visual monotony while maintaining a coherent identity. Residential units are planned to maximize usable space, daylight, and cross-ventilation. Material choices and façade detailing are intentionally subtle, allowing the architecture to age gracefully while providing residents with a comfortable and well-resolved living environment.
