The concept of the design is a simple, modern, and elegant glass box articulated with layered cross frames made of ACP, creating a bold and distinctive façade. The building stands tall with a unique cladding design that enhances its contemporary character. The interiors are developed around a green concept, extending from the walls to the corridors, creating a refreshing and sustainable environment throughout the space.

The Microbiological Laboratory is a recognized facility expanded over an area of 18,000 sq.ft across four floors. The building is located in the heart of the town at RS Puram. This new structure serves as an extension to the existing old block situated directly behind the proposed building, ensuring functional continuity between both blocks.
